This recruitment drive will be conducted to fill 4500 Apprentice vacancies across all states and union territories under the Apprentices Act, 1961. Engagement is at the Graduation level for a 12-month training period with a monthly stipend of ₹15,000/-.

Age Limit:
- Age Limit (as on 31.05.2026): Minimum 20 years and Maximum 28 years. Candidates must have been born not earlier than 31.05.1998 and not later than 31.05.2006 (both days inclusive). Maximum age is for General/EWS candidates.
- Age Relaxation: 5 years for SC/ST; 3 years for OBC (Non-Creamy Layer); PwBD (UR/EWS) – 10 years, PwBD (OBC) – 13 years, PwBD (SC/ST) – 15 years; Widows/Divorced Women – up to 35 years (General/EWS), 38 years (OBC), 40 years (SC/ST).
Educational Qualification:
A Degree (Graduation) in any discipline from a University recognised by the Government of India or equivalent. Candidates must have completed Graduation on or after 01.01.2022. Candidates must also be registered on the NATS portal (https://nats.education.gov.in) to be eligible to apply.
Selection Process:
The selection is based on the following steps:
- Online Examination (CBE) — 100 questions, 100 marks, 60 minutes, covering General/Financial Awareness, Quantitative & Reasoning Aptitude, Computer Knowledge, General English, and CBI Products & Services. Conducted by BFSI SSC. No negative marking.
- Test of Local Language — Candidates must be proficient in the official/local language of the state applied for. Exempted if 10th/12th marksheet shows the specified language as a studied subject.
- Document Verification & Medical Fitness — Satisfactory verification of educational qualification, Date of Birth, category certificates, and declaration of medical fitness as per Bank requirements.

- General/EWS/OBC (Male): ₹600 (Exam Fee) + ₹200 (Intimation Fee) = ₹800 + GST @18% = ₹944/-
- General/EWS/OBC (Female): ₹400 (Exam Fee) + ₹200 (Intimation Fee) = ₹600 + GST @18% = ₹708/-
- SC/ST (Male/Female), PwBD (Any Category), Transgender (Any Category): Exam Fee Nil + ₹200 (Intimation Fee) + GST @18% = ₹236/-

How to Apply Central Bank of India Apprentice Recruitment 2026:
Eligible & Interested candidates must apply online only through the official CBI/BFSI SSC website.
➢ Step 1: First, register on the NATS portal at https://nats.education.gov.in (Navigate to “Student Register/Login”) and note your Enrolment ID for all future correspondence.
➢ Step 2: After NATS registration, visit https://beep.bfsissc.com and complete the final application by providing required details including caste category, choice of district for apprenticeship training, etc.
➢ Step 3: Fill in all details carefully — Name, Category, Date of Birth, Address, Mobile Number, Email ID, and Centre of Examination. No changes will be permitted after submission.
➢ Step 4: Upload scanned copies of Photograph, Signature, and required supporting documents (Date of Birth proof, Graduation certificate, category certificates, etc.) as specified on the portal.
➢ Step 5: Pay the applicable Application cum Examination cum Intimation Fee online through BHIM UPI / Net Banking / Debit / Credit Card and submit the application.
➢ Step 6: Take a printout of the system-generated online application form after successful submission and keep it safe for future reference.
