This recruitment drive will fill 7 vacancies across two posts – Personal Secretary and Assistant – at Graduation level, under Direct Recruitment on a regular basis.

RRI Recruitment 2026 Educational Qualification:
Personal Secretary
- Qualification: Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in secretarial work in a Central Govt. / State Govt. Office / Central Autonomous Body / Govt. of India Undertaking / University / Research Institute.
Assistant
- Qualification: Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university or equivalent.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in a Central Government organization / PSU / Autonomous Body in General Administration / Purchase / Accounts-related work.
RRI Recruitment 2026 Selection Process:
The selection is based on the following steps:
- Stage 1: Written Test – Objective type
- Stage 2: Written Test – Descriptive (candidates shortlisted based on Stage 1 scores)
RRI Recruitment 2026 Application Fee:
- ₹250/- for all other candidates (non-exempt categories).
- SC / ST / Women / Divyaang (PwBD) candidates are fully exempted from the application fee. Candidates applying for multiple posts must submit separate applications and pay fees for each post.
- Payment Mode: Online through the RRI recruitment portal.

➢ Step 1: Visit the official RRI careers page at www.rri.res.in/careers/regular-other-openings and open the recruitment notification.
➢ Step 2: Register on the RRI recruitment portal and log in with your credentials.
➢ Step 3: Fill in the online application form carefully with accurate personal, educational, and experience details.
➢ Step 4: Upload scanned copies of all required documents — marks cards from Class 10 onwards, degree certificates, caste certificate (if applicable), experience certificate, and NOC (if employed in Govt. / PSU / Autonomous Body).
➢ Step 5: Pay the application fee online (if applicable) and submit the form. Take a printout of the submitted application and retain it for future reference.
