This recruitment drive will be conducted to fill 10 vacancies for Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT) and Primary Teacher posts at Space Central Schools located in Sriharikota and Sullurpeta campuses under the NCERT/CBSE pattern.

SDSC SHAR Teachers 2026 Educational Qualification:
Trained Graduate Teacher (Maths)
- Qualification: Four years Integrated Degree course from NCTE recognized university with 50% marks in aggregate & concerned subjects (OR) Bachelor’s Degree/Honours with 50% marks along with B.Ed. Must be qualified in CTET Paper-II. Candidate should have studied Mathematics for 3 years, Physics for at least 1 year, and one out of Chemistry/Electronics/Computer Science/Statistics for at least 1 year. Ability to teach in English & Hindi.
Trained Graduate Teacher (Science)
- Qualification: Four years Integrated Degree course from NCTE recognized university with 50% marks in aggregate & concerned subjects (OR) Bachelor’s Degree/Honours with 50% marks in Chemistry, combination of subjects and in aggregate along with B.Ed. Must be qualified in CTET Paper-II. Candidate should have studied Biology/Life Science/Botany/Zoology for 3 years with specified subject combinations. Ability to teach in English & Hindi.
Trained Graduate Teacher (WET)
- Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering / Electronics Engineering / Electronics & Communication Engineering with at least 50% marks. B.Ed. degree with at least 50% marks from an NCTE recognized institution. Ability to teach in Hindi and English. Knowledge of computers.
Trained Graduate Teacher (Telugu)
- Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree or its equivalent with Telugu as the main/optional subject (OR) BOL in Telugu (OR) PG Degree in Telugu. B.Ed. with Telugu methodology or Telugu Pandit Training. Must have passed Paper-II of State TET/CTET with Telugu as a subject.
Primary Teacher
- Qualification: Senior Secondary / 10+2 / Intermediate with at least 50% marks and a 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (OR) 4-year Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.El.Ed) (OR) 2-year Diploma in Education (Special Education). Qualified in CTET Paper-I. Ability to teach in Hindi & English.
SDSC SHAR Teachers 2026 Selection Process:
The selection on the basis of following steps:-
- Written Test (to evaluate theoretical and practical knowledge)
- Skill Test (Chalk and board-based teaching demonstration evaluated out of 100 points, minimum 60% qualifying marks)
- Document Verification (conducted during the Skill Test phase)
SDSC SHAR Teachers 2026 Application Fee:
- ₹750/- initially required for all candidates at submission (₹250/- application fee + ₹500/- processing fee).
- Women candidates, SC, ST, PwBD, and Ex-Servicemen (ESM) who attend the written test will receive a full refund of ₹750/-. Other candidates who attend the test will receive a refund of ₹500/-.
- Payment Mode: Online only. No other mode of payment will be acceptable.
