- Age limit as on 02-03-2026 Age relaxation by 5 yrs. for SC/ ST, 3 yrs. for OBC-NC and 10 yrs. for PwBD
- Graduation must have been completed on or after 01-04-2023. Candidates who completed Engineering prior to 01-04-2023 are NOT eligible.
- Must be registered and approved on the National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS 2.0) web portal by the Board of Apprenticeship Training (BOAT).
- Candidates with work experience of one year or more are NOT eligible to apply.

Selection Process
- Merit-based Screening – Applications screened based on percentage of marks as per eligibility criteria
- Document Verification – Shortlisted candidates called in 1:5 ratio per available training slots
- Apprenticeship Contract – Final engagement via tri-partite apprenticeship contract on NATS website
- Medical Certificate submission and Police Verification by the candidate
How to Apply
Eligible candidates may apply online at www.jobs.hpcl.co.in on or before 02-03-2026.
- Register on the HPCL Apprentice Application Link using the “Sign up for New Registration” option.
- After registration, login credentials (email ID & password) will be sent to the registered email ID.
- Sign in using the received credentials and fill in the application form carefully.
- Select the Engineering Branch from the dropdown as applicable.
- Fill Personal Details, Contact Details, and Qualification Details. Fields marked * are mandatory.
- Select preferred State of Training from the dropdown (only one state allowed).
- Upload recent passport-size photograph and signature.
- Preview all details, read the declaration, and click “Final Submit.”
- Upon successful submission, an HPCL Application Number confirmation will be sent via email.
