Important Dates
The maximum age limit for most posts is 32 years; Senior Assistant is 35 years. Director and Librarian follow University of Delhi/UGC norms.
Age Relaxation Rules:
- SC/ST/OBC/PwBD/Ex-Servicemen: As per Central Government orders
- Candidates with 3+ years regular service in same/allied field in Govt./University/PSU: Up to 5 years additional relaxation
- Departmental/contract/daily wages employees of DU or its colleges: One-time exemption with minimum 1 year of service
- SC/ST/OBC/PwD: 5% relaxation in minimum marks wherever a percentage is prescribed
- Age is determined as on the closing date of the application
