Stree Nidhi Assistant Manager Qualification
Educational Qualification for Stree Nidhi:
- Assistant Manager (Field Operations) – Bachelor’s Degree from any recognised University in India established or incorporated by or under Central Act, Provincial Act, a State Act or an Institution recognised by the UGC, or an equivalent qualification, with a minimum of 65% marks for OC candidates, 60% marks for BC candidates, and 55% marks for SC/ST/PwBD candidates.
- Knowledge in MS Office is mandatory.

- 25 to 30 Years
Relaxation of Upper age limit:
- +5 Years for SC/ST/PwBD candidates
- +3 Years for BC candidates
Pay Scale
- Assistant Manager – Gross Salary of Rs.21,600/- per month, plus Fixed Travel Allowance (FTA) of Rs.3,500/- to Rs.4,000/- (based on number of MSs/TLFs allotted), Additional Allowance based on visits to allotted VOs/SLFs, Vehicle Maintenance Allowance of Rs.2,500/-, Variable Pay of Rs.2,160/- (based on performance), and Daily Allowance of approximately Rs.3,500/- (depending on number of days of tour undertaken).
- The total emoluments will be approximately Rs.33,960/- per month.
Selection Process
- Online Written Examination consisting of four tests: Quantitative Aptitude (25 Questions / 25 Marks), Reasoning (25 Questions / 25 Marks), English Language (25 Questions / 25 Marks), and General Awareness including Banking (25 Questions / 25 Marks) — Total 100 Questions / 100 Marks / 90 Minutes
- Candidates must qualify in each individual test subject to minimum qualifying marks as fixed by Stree Nidhi
- Candidates who score above the cut-off marks in each test will be ranked in descending order based on aggregate marks, category-wise and district-wise
- Document Verification for shortlisted candidates
Note: There will be a penalty for wrong answers — one-fourth (25%) of the marks assigned to a question will be deducted for each incorrect answer. No penalty for unattempted questions.
